MANTRA RESITATION -Tibetan Buddhist mantras

The precious mantras is an important healing and devotional practices in Tibetan Vajarana Buddhism. The Sanskrit word for `mantra` is Mind (Man) Protection (Tra). In a way, we can think of mantras as a way to assist in protecting us from different types of suffering and help us cultivating mental clarity, stability and insight. When we chant, it helps us focus the mind on our intentions through active sounds. Therefore intention is important. The meaning and traditions of the mantras is part of the teachings as well. In addition there is breathwork, relaxation, and sometimes Dolma Jamyang sings healing songs at the

end of a session.
