5 ELEMENT PRACTISE - Tibetan 5 element practice
The five elements are the foundation of all existence. This means everything outside ourselves and our mind.
The five elements are Space, Earth, Wind, Fire and Water. When there is an imbalance in the elements in nature, storms, volcanoes, earthquakes etc. occur. An imbalance in our body, causes different diseases. An imbalance in the emotions will cause heightened emotions, such as aggression, irritation, jealousy, depression, etc. We are happy to offer a series of balancing practices:
